Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following appJications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in iron County, State of Utah throughout the entire year unless un-less otnerwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-6865 (73-2205) Walter F. & Blye G. Smith, 1409 E. McWil-karns, McWil-karns, Las Vegas, Nevada 8i)101 propose to change the point of diversion, place, & nature of use of 80.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded deed-ed portion of Appl. 15652 (73-y8) (73-y8) as amended by a-5742. The water has been diverted from two existing wells (1) 12-mch well 200-400 ft deep at a point S. 345 ft. & W. 1400 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. (2) Size and depth unknown un-known No. 20 ft & E. 75 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 34, T34S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20.0 acs. in ENE, EVfcSW'A, WVitE4, SEJ4SEK Sec. 33, SViSWK Sec. 34, T34S, R11W; NMsNEy Sec. 4, T35S, R11W, Hereafter, 80.0 ac ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an existing well under Ch. Appl. a-4718 (73-2076) at a point S. 1220 ft. & W. 1020 ft. from the EV C6r. Sec. 33, T34S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, and used from. Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irriga- tion of 42.98 acs.. but .lirniteJ j to sole supply of 19.82 acs. The water has been diverted from the three following wells: (1) 14-inch 14-inch well 400 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. & E. 75 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, K11W. (2) 14-inch well 700 ft. deep at a point N. 75 ft. & E. 665 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R11W. (3) 14-lnch well 700 ft. deep at a point S. 1300 ft & E. 1300 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 156 acs. in WWVK Sec. 1, T35S, R11W; WWtt Sec. 36, T34S, R11W; SWUSWK Sec. 12, T35S, Rll W; SE4SEtt Sec 11, T35S, R11W. Thr water has been diverted from two existing wells at the fol lowing points: (1) S. 345 ft. S W. 1400 ft. from the NE Cor Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. (2) N. 2T ft. & E. 75 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 34, T34S, R11W; anr' used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 6 acs. in E'iNEU, EHSW'4, WSE'i SE'4SE4 Sec. 33, S'iSWU Fee. 34. T31S, R11W, and N,i NE'i Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 24.00 ac ft- of wa ter is to be diverted from ar exisiting 10-inch well 195 ft deep at a point S. 880 ft & W. 1870 ft. from the NE Cor. Sec 4, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the ini gation of 6.0 ac. in Lot 3, Sec. 4, T35S, R11W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 412 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before June 10. 1972.
