Show Benefits from Social Security aids 500,000 students Over 500,000 students in our schools today between age 13 and 22 have been able to continue con-tinue their education with the help of monthly social security checks. Summer vacation time is almost here. "School's Out" will soon be the happy cry all over the country. Provo Social Security Manager, Man-ager, Don Donaldson says, "Before "Be-fore you students let this summer sum-mer become a memory, you should take, time to make certain cer-tain that your social security checks will still be rolling in when the fall term begins. If you will return to school next fall, and are still under age 22, you should complete and sign a single form to be assured as-sured that your checks wiil be received all summer, as well as when school begins." The student should complete Form SSA-1388 and return it to the social security office which mailed it to him.. This form, "Report of Student Beneficiary Ben-eficiary at End of School Year" is easily completed. Many of the questions may be answered answer-ed "yes" or "no". Also show the date that the next school year begins and ends. If he intends in-tends to change to another school, there is space, provided to show this. Mr. Donaldson says, 'If ' you fail to receive the form, ask us for one. Then fill it out and send it back to us." Our representative is located at 90 West Center Street in Cedar City, Utah.
