NOTICE OF FILING The application of New Era Broadcasting Company, Inc. for a construction permit for a new standard broadcast station sta-tion to operate on 940 kc. at Cedar City, Utah and of Southern South-ern Utah Broadcasting Company Com-pany for renewal of the license li-cense of Station KSUB, 590 kc, Cedar City, Utah have been designated for consolidated hearing to be held at 10:00 a. m. on May 12, 1!W9 at the offices of the Federal Communications Com-munications Commission, 1919 M. Street, N. W. Washington, D. C. The issues in the hearing are as follows: 1. To determine with re-sppct re-sppct to the application of New Era Broadcasting Company, Com-pany, Inc.: a. The sources of additional funds necessary to meet the costs of construction and operation op-eration of the proposed station during the first year. b. In light of the .evidence adduced pursuant to (a above whether this applicant is financially qualified. 2. To determine whether there are adequate revenues available to support an additional addi-tional standard broadcast station sta-tion in the area proposed to be served by New Era Broadcasting Broad-casting Company, Inc., without with-out a net loss or degradation of broadcast service to such j area. i 3.
