SUMMONS THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DE-FENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon or mail to Callister and Callister, at Suite 800 Kennecott Building, Build-ing, Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer in writing to the complaint com-plaint and file a copy of said answer with the clerk of the above entitled court within 20 days after service of this summons sum-mons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint com-plaint (which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is here-, to annexed and herewith served serv-ed upon you). This is an action to recover on an installment note and mortgage dated August 3, 1965, having a balance due and owing of $2,271.83, togeth-er togeth-er with $25.00 for title search, a reasonable attroneys' fee and plaintiffs costs incurred in this action, and to foreclose said installment note and mor. tgage securing said amount, describing the following real property situated in Iron County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing at a point 90 feet North from the Southeast corner of Lot 15, Block 39, Plat "B", Cedar City Town Survey, and running thence North 58.5 feet; thence North 48 deg. 45 min. West 168 feet, more or less; thence South 6 deg. West 125 feet; West 62 feet; South 42 feet; East 198 feet to the point of beginning. Dated June 21, 1968. Cumberworth - DBA - Rush Lake Cattle Co., 2520 Valencia St., Santa Ana, Calif., proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion and place of use of 800.0 ac.-ft. of water evidenced evidenc-ed by App. No. 35453 (73-2056). The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well, 150-200 150-200 ft. deep at a point E. 1150 ft. S. 300 ft. from W',4 Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation ir-rigation of 200 acs. in S'a Sec. 2, N ft Sec. 11, T34S, R11W. Hereafter, 800.0 ac.-ft. of wa-ter wa-ter is to be diverted from a 16-in. 16-in. well 300 to 500 ft. deep at a point N. 2977.2 ft. E. 798 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 26, T35S, R11W, and used as a supple-mental supple-mental supply for irrigation of 2100 acs., but limited to sole supply of 200 acs. in parts of Sees. 7, IS, T35S. R10W, Sees. 12, 13, 14, 22, 23, 24, 26, 35, T35S, R11W, Sec. 2, T36S, R11W. a -5542 ( 71-2991) Richard B. Park, P. O. Box 1314, San Bernardino, Ber-nardino, Calif., proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.73 ac.-ft of water out of a total of 172.73 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by App. No. 12085 c (71-1857) Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 110 ft. W. 70 ft from E'4 Cor. Sec. 5, T35S, R16W, and used for domestic requirements of 1 family and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 55.S0 acs., limited to solo supply of 43.0 acs. All uses within NE',4-NE'i. NE',4-NE'i. SE'iNE'4 Sec. 5, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 0.73 ac.-ft of wa-ter wa-ter is to be diverted from a 6-in. 6-in. well 200 300 ft. deep at a point S. 2310 ft. W. 800 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 27, T34S, R18W, and used for domestic requirements require-ments of one family in the SEUNEU said Sec. 27. The re-maining re-maining water will be used as heretofore Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of those applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 412 State Capitol, Salt Lake City.
