This was followed by a meeting Ji( and program which included ' a piano solo by Laurie Taylor, , vocal solos by Morris Rowley ,(.( and Verl Taylor and a song in by a granddaughter of Mrs. ,. ,'t Mame Robb and her three young daughters with Mrs. Morris Rowley accompanying all three numbers. ,ti This reunion honored Henry ,', W. Taylor, grandson of George ,,, Taylor, and a brief history of his life was given by his son lt' Clifton Taylor. Mrs. Rowley read and discussed a group sheet concerning an early day r 't member of the family who resided in the early 19th cen-tury cen-tury in England. . New officers were named iT, to head the family organization organiza-tion with Taylor Miller, pres-ident; pres-ident; Nelson Taylor of St. . George, vice president; Mrs. . Adams Family A large group of members of the William Adams family, some former residents of Parowan Par-owan and some who have never resided here, gathered here for a family reunion on Saturday, Aug. 3. The reunion officially got under way with a breakfast at the Five Mile, cooked and served by local members, and more than 150 members were on hand for it. This was followed fol-lowed by a meeting held in the Third Ward Church, at which time officers to serve for the next two years were elected. Norman M. Adams, Cedar City was named president of the main William Adams Family, Fa-mily, with Helen Foutz, New Mexico, vice president; Dawn Boyle, Blanding, sec-treas and Sadie Clark, Provo, genealogical genealogi-cal representative. Officers of the Mary Ann Leech Association, a minor group in the family, also elected elec-ted new officers. Alice A. Bal-linger, Bal-linger, Ogden is president of this group, with Lillian A. Grimshaw, Enoch, vice president presi-dent and Caroline Johnson of Salt Lake City, sec-treas. It was decided that a reunion would be held every two years. The remainder of the afternoon after-noon was spent in visiting and traveling to the old Adams Ranch on the Mammoth. Among those who came from out of town to join local lo-cal members were: Mr. and Mrs. Grant McDonald, McDon-ald, Mesa, Ariz. John Adams and Mrs. Afton Robinson, Los Angeles; Mr. and Mrs. Norman Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Jones and families, and Lowell Low-ell Adams, Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Grimshaw and Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Bryant Bry-ant and families, Enoch. From Enterprise came Mr. and Mrs. Sherwin Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Windsor Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Adams and families; Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Moyle, and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Chambers. Also Lloyd Adams, Dutch John; Mr. and Mrs. Paul M. Adams, Montpelier, Ida.; Mr. and Mrs. Richard H.
