Show Lions Club Honors 24 Eagle Scouts, Leaders at Luncheon The Parowan Lions Club paid honor to the Eagle Scouts of the Brian Head District at a membership mem-bership meeting held last Thursday, Thurs-day, Feb. 10 in the lunch room School. This was the Lions way of the Parowan Elementary of participating in the activities of National Boy Scout Week. Twenty-four Eagle Scouts and several scouters from the District Dis-trict were guests of he club. Special speaker for he evening was Richard Harris and special music was furnished by a group from the Parowan High School music department consisting of Ruth Ann Knight, Dan Harris and Scott Potter. A brief business meeting was also held and the club members discussed protects for the fn. ture, and it was decided that the club would assist in replacing replac-ing old rail at the city race track. The next meeting will be held February 24. Eagle Scouts in attendance at the honor dinner were as follows: Wayne Robinson, Glen Robinson, Robin-son, Chauncey Adams, Robert Rasmussen, John Gilger, Michael Mich-ael Hulet, Kevin Robinson and Craig Stubbs, First Ward. Ramon Banks, Mike Adams, Del Hulet, Mahlon Dalley, Leslie Hulet, and Fred Orton, Second Ward. Ronald Ron-ald Johnson, Richard Durbin, Hal Wasden Dewey Topham, Jud Hendrickson, Milton Hulet, Jerry ID. Robinson, Larry Day, Kenneth Watson, and Roy Barton, Third Ward, "'in Scouters .present were George Banks,; district chairman; Cal Decker, Dyle Adams and Lowell Caldwell. |
