Virginia Randall Tops Women Bowlers A 212 game, rolled by Virginia Randall in the Alley Katts league one of five 200 games in that league this week, was the top score posted by a woman bowler this past week. The high series honors went to Colleen Nelson in the Cedar Belles league with a 563. She also had the high game of 209 in that league. Foodtown swept the team events in the Cedar Belles with a high game of 855 and a 2360 series. In the Alley Katts league Lillian Lil-lian Hazel had the top series with a 559. Other 200 games included in-cluded a 207 by Evelyn Jones, a 206 by Lura Stapley; 202 by Mrs. Hazel and a 201 by Tlllie Biederman. In team events Ko-lob Ko-lob Sheet Metal shot a 694 for the top game and high series was a 1839 rolled by Cedar Bowling Bowl-ing League. In other leagues Alice Tuckett swept highs in the Queen's Pins with a 199 game and 499 series while North East Furniture had a 637 and 1713 for high game and series respectively. Virginia Ogden had an even 500 series to lead in that department depart-ment in the Thursday Morning Scratch League. Lura Stapley had the top game of 193. Team No. 2, had the high series of 1314 and a 470 rolled by team No. 7 was the top game.
