Show Cedar City Merchants Contribute To Archery Contest Cedar City merchants are cooperating co-operating with the Ats Queo Archery Club of Cedar City during dur-ing the current archery hunt by offering prizes for top kills, it was revealed this week. A series of outstanding prizes, on display in the window of End-sley's End-sley's Western Auto Store, in Ce-Jar Ce-Jar City, are being offered. Prizes will include a hunting coat for the widest spread, donated donat-ed by Hamilton's Sporting Goods; second place in the widest spread contest will receive an Arrow Fletcher donated by Ju,..i A. Wood, archery equipment Most points will receive an Ar- row quiver donated by Endsley Western Auto and a knife and saw set will be offered by Hunter Hun-ter Hardware to the shortest forked fork-ed horn. His first shot penetrated the chest cavity and after trailing the wounded animal a shot to the neck finished him off. It is one of the few deer brought in during the current general bow and arrow hunt. |
