NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice is hereby given that James B. Moyle, Beryl, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from January 30, 1956 to January 30, 1958, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 14523 for the appropriation of 3 sec. ft. of underground water in Iron County, State of Utah, to be used for Irrigation purposes. It Is represented that $7,800.00 has been expended on construction construc-tion of works. It is estimated It will cost $800.00 to complete prelect pre-lect and submit Proof of Appropriation.
