Show Original Three-Act Play Scheduled For CSU Production An original three-act drama! will be presented at the College of Southern Utah for the first time In many years, according to an announcement from the college. col-lege. The play, entitled The Man on the Mezzanine," will be presented present-ed in the C S U auditorium March 1 and 2. It was written by Prof.. Richard M. Rowley, acting head of the division of Speech and! English. It is a comedy -fantasy in three acts', with five scenes. It is a mystery story dealing with! the activities of a psychiatrist, who has gained great power over the minds of certain persons. Rehearsals are underway on the play, with a cast of students selected from the- members of he. Play Production class at the col-1 lege, with. an additional" tfiee roles being played by pother stu -. dents. Heading the cast of thirteen thir-teen is' Nelson Taylor,' Parowan ! in the title: role. Janice' Rozeller1 Sprlngdale, plays the part of Helen, a .young woman with "a serious probjem, and "Calvert Johnson, Monroe, plays the part of Leander Craven, an artist and teacher who also meets' a challenging chal-lenging problem.
