Gilliam, 18. son of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil D. Gilliam, Cedar City, has completed com-pleted the first phase of military training at the "Gateway to the Air Force," Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas. He has qualified for specialized special-ized technical training and will be assigned to 3536th Student Squadron, Lowry AFB, Colo.
