AS 1 SEE IT The Agrlcuture Department is at it again. They reported the farmers and livestock people marketed commodities to the tune of some 27 billions of dollars, dol-lars, and that It was in excess of millions of dollars more than last year. But they didn't tell you why. What they didn't tell you was the fact that prices that th? farmers and livestock people Kt for their products was for less than last year especially in the livestock business. They also said that there was more commodities com-modities sold this year, but they didn't say why. It wes because of forced liquidation and the drought that caused an influx of livestock to go on the market with ever falling prices. Well I saw where our Vice President Nixon went over to Austria to inspect and get first hand Information as to the needs of Hungary and the rest of our satellites and while there he played Santa Claus. You know the playing of Santa Claus Is nothing new. For In my opinion opin-ion we have been doing that for some 25 years or more. The only difference was that we had a reformation of Washington there In person and that he got a few kisses from the kids. As I see It that there are a lot of people In as dire straits heTe In America as over In Hungary Hun-gary that would sure appreciate such a Santa Claus, and I am sure that he would get a lot of kisses here too, CtartDc Lamortaux
