Show High School P-TA Plans Appreciation Tea The High School Appreciation Tea will be held Thursday, Sept 22, it was announced by Luclle Broadbent, President of the High School PTA. This year the tea will be held on the Patio of the Broadbent home at 270 South 200 West, from 7:30 until 10:00 P.M. This event is held each year for the purpose of developing between be-tween educators and parents a closer relationship and a more unified effort for the welfare of the youth and children of our community. It is strongly urged that parents attend and become Acquainted with their children's teachers. Under the direction of Lucille Broadbent, a series of 4 organizational organi-zational meetings have been held by the officers and chairmen of the high school PTA. Following is the roster of that organization organiza-tion for the coming year: Lucile Broadbent, president; Winona Cowan, vice president, program chairman; Pratt Bethers, 2nd vice president; Betty Randall, secretary; Aleen Cox, treasurer and budget; Hilda Grlmshaw, historian; Elolse Heap, adult education; ed-ucation; Laura Bills, mental health; Ellen Atkin, Civil Defense De-fense and Safety: Wanda Wood. Juvenile protection; La Priel Lunt, community survey chairman; chair-man; LaRue Morris, publicity; Ramona Wellington, hospitality; Itha Lindsay, membership, mothers mo-thers and sons party; Zona Wood, magazine; Mary MacDonald, assembly; as-sembly; Glennis Orton. 10 grade representative; Yvonne Bulloch, 11 grade representative; Idonna Jackson 12 grade representative; and Fern Leigh, fathers and |
