Wright Addresses PTfl Group At Installation Meet Ianthus Wright, superintendent of lion County schools, was the principal speaker at the annual installation party of the Parent-Teachers Parent-Teachers Associations of Cedai City help last Thursday evening, Mrs. Clyde Higbee took ovei the reins of the Cedar City Central Cen-tral Council of the P-TA from Mrs. D.
