The bride is the former Jean Beal. lean Beal Exchanges Wedding Vows In Candlelight Rites Saturday evening, Mar. 2G, a candlelight wedding ceremony performed in the beautiful reception re-ception room of the L D S Institute Insti-tute and witnessed by a group of close friends and relatives, saw Gaylen Berry and Jean Beal exchange rings and I Do's as Stake President Elwood J. Corry officiated. Members of the immediate families of the young couple and close friends and relatives were in attendance at the impressive ceremony. A reception, honoring the new-lyweds, new-lyweds, was held that evening with many friends calling between be-tween eight and 10 to offer their congratulations. The bride is a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Beal of Cedar City. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Glade A. Berry of Ka-narraville. Ka-narraville. The couple, following a honeymoon trip into Nevada and Arizona, will be at home in Kanarraville. Mrs. Boyd Holyoak, sister of the bride, attended in the capa-' city of matron of honor and Mrs. Verd Williams, the former Mona Milne-, and Leone Berry, attended as bridesmaids. Verd Williams stood as best man and Darrell Smith and Al-vin Al-vin Cox were ushers. Mrs. Gary Adams was in charge of the gift room and was assisted assist-ed by Aloma Berry and Mrs. Rob- ert McCall. Serving were Mrs. Donovan Kearns, Mrs. Dan Corry, and Miss Gayle Knell. Lillie Clark assisted with the serving. The bride was lovely in a white i gown with satin bodice and a full tulle skirt with sequins. The i sleeves were of tulle and full length, emphasized with sequins. The new Mrs. Berry is a graduate grad-uate of the Cedar City High School and she has attended Brigham Young University and was a student at the College of Southern Utah during the winter quarter. Gaylen is a graduate of the local lo-cal high school and is presently engaged in the livestock and farming business with his father in Kanarraville. |
