Three Cedar Envoys To Girls State Voted to Public Office Three young ladies of Cedar City representing Iron County at Girls State in Logan were elected to state and county positions at the meet, it was announced in Cedar City this week. Helen Harris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Harris was elected to a state position at the Girls State, winning the election as auditor. Two other girls also were elected to county offices. In Freedom Free-dom county, set up at the meet, Dora Jane Barlow, daughter of Sheldon Barlow and Mrs. G. L. Larson was chosen as a county commissioner with Mary Kay Croft, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Croft, selected as assessor for the same county. Two parties were set -up for the ebction with the Nationalist ticket tic-ket wlnr.ir.g most of the state posllicr.s over the Federalist party. par-ty.
