Show Range Management Expert Addresses Conference Max E. Robinson, assistant professor pro-fessor of range management, College' Col-lege' of Southern Utah, and a member of the research staff for the Utah State Agricultural College Col-lege Experiment station, appeared appear-ed before the American Society of Range Management at San Jose, Calif, early this week. Prof. Robinson delivered a paper pa-per entitled "Report on Field Testing of a Capacitance Meter," Me-ter," and demonstrated a unique meter for measing forage electrically. electri-cally. The meter was invented by Prof. Robinson and by Joel E. Fletcher of Arizona.
