The honorary hon-orary membership was presented to Milne for his outstanding out-standing work as chairman of the building committee which erected the new lodge hall located at 100 East and 200 North Street. It is the first honor of its kind to be presented pre-sented by the local lodge. Robert F. Loer, finance chairman chair-man on the project, was also presented with a special Elks ring for his service on the project.. The presentations were made at a special initiation ceremony at the lodge Thursday Thurs-day evening.
