OPERATORS OF SCOOTERS AND MOTOR BIKES MIST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE, SAYS ADAMS State Traffic Patrolman Lawrence Lawr-ence Adams reports that misunderstanding misunder-standing about the operation of scooters and motor bicycles is creating creat-ing a hazard in Cedar City, and points out that this condition must be corrected. Mr. Adams points out that the law provides that all motor driven vehicles ve-hicles must be licensed and that all drivers must be sixteen years of age and have an operator's license to operate any such vehicle. Scooters Scoot-ers and Motor Bicycles are motor driven vehicles and therefore must be operated In accordance with the regulations of state traffic laws.
