Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engneer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, designat-ed, all locations being from SLB&M: To Change: a-2361 Julia E. Leigh, Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.5 sec. ft of water right acquired by Application No. 17283. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 3 deg. 42 mln. E. 2767 ft., from SW Cor. Sec. 23, T34S, R11W, and used from April 1 to Sept 30 to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in WHNWU Sec. 23, T34S, R11W. Hereafter 2.5 sec. ft. of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well bet 250 and 300 ft deep at a point S. 61 deg.' 41 min. E. 3080 ft from NW Cor. Sec. 23, T34S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 to Irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in NttNWK said Sec. 23. a-2387 Beaver Valley Grazing Graz-ing Association, Beaver, Ut. proposes pro-poses to change the points of diversion of 10 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Application No. 12832. The water was to have been diverted from Fremont Wash at points and in amounts as follows: (1) N. 1920 ft from N Cor. Sec. 13 7 sec. ft; (2) N. 1320 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 13 - 2 sec. ft, both in T32S, R8W, and used from Mar. 1 to Dec. 15 to irrigate 840 acres of land embraced in SNE, N'ASEV. Hereafter 10 sec. ft. of water will be diverted from the same source at points and in amounts as follows: (1) N. 3960 ft. and W. 760 ft 4 sec. ft.; (2) N. 3960 ft and W. 1030 ft. . 4 sec. ft; (3) N. 1975 ft and W. 25 ft. 1 sec. ft; (4) N. 1675 ft and W. 25 ft 1 sec. ft, all from SE Cor.
