Show Selective Service Medical Chief Pays Visit to Cedar City Major Clark Young, Chief Med-d'xal Med-d'xal Director of the Selective Service Ser-vice of Utah, spent Tuesday in Cedar Ce-dar City Interviewing and examining examin-ing all Iron County Selective Ser. vJrje registrants who have been placed in class 4-F as a result of physical disabilities. Major Young's visit to Cedar City was In line with the canvas! he Is making of the whole state in an effort to find men classified a3 4-F who might, through minor surgery sur-gery and other remedial treatment, be rehabilitated n order that they can meet the physical requirements of the armed forces', thus reducing the number of married men with children who must be called to fill the state's quota under the Selects Selec-ts Service Act. It is reported tfiat he recommended the reclassification reclassifica-tion of only a small percentage of the Iron County registrants hercto-foie hercto-foie classified as 4-F.
