Show New Housing Unit Opens To Public Cedar City's new $200,000 housing hous-ing unit, located Just South of town on highway 91, opened to the public Wednesday, with most of the 30 units rented. However, a limited number of unfurnished apartments are available. Max Webb, manager of the unit, reports that all landj caping has not been completed, but will bej rushed as rapidly as possible. The entire center court and the outside' courts will be planted to lawn and a sprinkler system Installed with In the month. The road around the; project will be oiled In the next two weeks. j In a recent contest a name for the unit, one hundred sixty -six names were submitted and the name "Ci'dar Crest Lodg" was selected. First prize will be divided between Mrs. Frank Milne, Gene Jenkins and Bonnie Milne, as each had submitted the name "Cedar Ctest although neither of them added the word ''lodge." |
