We are rcjoirinjj over tin Am we.i ther the past few days and hope that spring has come- especially so aftoi that bijr storm we had over here, bringing as about 18 inches of snow. Mrs. S. D. Iluphes, Jr., with her two little sons Harry and Samuel, ha gone for a few months visit to hei old home in West Virginia. Mr Hughes accompanied thorn as far :.s Salt Lake City. . . W Mrs. Wm. C. Jenkins left on the 18th W to spend a few weeks with her son and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Rowland B. Jenkins, in Los Angeles. She r. porta a steady downpour of rain sine her arrival there, and says that th (utters were overflowing making then. quite impassible. With t he -oming oi our good weather we presume California Cali-fornia is also by this time, enjoying its usual sunny time. Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Kirby are mov ing back to California. Mr. Kirby left with a car today. We are sorry to see any of our members leaving. - Another of our neighbors, Mr. J. M. Alcorn, left last evening for Browns ville, Oregon. He goes to resume his work as instructor in the Agricultural College there. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Moore are receiving re-ceiving the congratulations of theii friends on the birth of a son, Febru ary 22. Club meeting March 3rd, at the home of the president, Mr. J. W. Clark. All welcoroe. |
