So far as rogdrds approaches and walks to and from buildings, tho object of their Introduction Is sulllclontly apparent; appar-ent; but, in laying out pleasure grounds, It ts a too common practice to introduce walks for tho moro purpoae of variety. This Is a very question-ablo question-ablo reason at best, and not always successfully accomplished, but even in cases of this kind, thoy should appear ap-pear to aim for some definite objoct, or load to points ot Bufliclent Importance Impor-tance to suggest their utility. |
