Notice is hereby given that the Iron (County (Coal Company, with its principal prin-cipal office at Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1918, to appropriate five-hundred-ths (.05) of a second-foot of water from an unnamed spring in Iron Co. Said spring is situated at a point which lies 3500 ft. north and 1654 ft. east of the southeast corner of Sec. 30, Township 36 South, Runge 10 W.. Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 5,000 feet and used in an unorganized mining district at the company's coal mine from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for general coal mining purposes. purpos-es.
