Griffin spent Monday with Mrs. G. Corn. Mrs. G. E. Griffin and little daughter daugh-ter are spending a week with her mother, Airs. J. B, Reynolds. Miss Vnlborg Magnusscn spent a few days recently with her sister, Mrs. C. H. Davis at Beryl. Mr. and Mrs. Athol Griffin havo been very busy tho last fow days putting in a pardon. Dame Rumor says that the John-stono John-stono family will return soon in a five passenger Buick; wo will bo glad to have thcln with us again Mr. nnd Mrs. V. M. Carlson and little daughter called at Magnusscn's last Thursday. Tho little girl is looking very well, tho worried look on tho faces of little Pearl's parents has disappeared nnd a happy smile taken its place. The valley is looking green, the wild flowers aro in bloom and tho air smells like summer. This rain wo aro having will help to make things look even better. Mrs. A. E. Phillip's oats field looks vory good. Mr. N. L Mcadcs returned home on Saturday night from tho B & B Dept. who are working near Calientc, Nov. Ho intends going back to Salt Lake City to take up his formor work ns a printer. Wo nro nil Borry to sco Mr, Mcadcs leave tho community. |
