Notice is hereby given that Don Skougard, whose post-office address is Praowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as ! amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appro-, priate nine-thousandths (0.009) of a cubic foot of water per second from an unnamed spring in Iron County, Utah. Said spring , is situated at a point which lies 1452 feet east-and 1254 feet south of the northwest corner of Section 9, Township 32 south, Range 16 west, Salt Lake j base and meridian. The water will be diverted at the place where it issues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe I line for a distance of ten feet and there used during the period i from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock 1 watering purposes.
