Show ' (Notice From Watermaoter. Some time ago the City Treas- urer was instructed to sell water rights for lawn purposes. All rights were limited tp two hours per day, from (5 until 8 o'clock p. m. A few per:n.ns have been abusing this right and using the water almost every hdur of the day. They have no respect for the Mayor's proclamation, or the people who live in the upper part of the city; their lawns are their first consideration. .
