Notice is hereby given that Don Skcugard, whose post office address is Parowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate appro-priate one four-hundred-fiftieth (1-450) of a cubic foot of water per second from a seep in Iron County, Utah.
