Show o WEDDING BELLS. Wheeling-Hayes. A very pretty wedding of the past week was that of Miss Nellie Wheeling Wheel-ing of this city to James Hayes of Chicago, which was solemnized at St. Mary's Cathedral on Tuesday morning, morn-ing, Rev. Father Morrissey officiating. Preceeding the entrance of the bridal party the organist played a number of beautiful selections on the organ and as the bridal party came down the aisles the wedding march from "Lohengrin" was -played, after the ceremony was performed Rev. Father Fa-ther Morrissey celebrated nuptial mass for the young couple. The bride looked lovely in an exquisite ex-quisite gown of white crepe de chine over taffeta. She carried a large bouquet bou-quet of bride roses. At the close of the ceremony Mendelssohn's Men-delssohn's Wedding March was played and the bridal party was driven driv-en to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wheeling, where the wedding breakfast break-fast was served. Mr. and Mrs. Haves left cn the eveuing train for Chicago, their future fu-ture home, followed by the best wishes of a host of Salt Lake friends. |
