An important strike is reported on the property of the Fort Hall Mining company south of the city. Healey was gathered in by the police Tuesday night as- an insane person. He was out in front of the Pocatelio House on his hands and knees and barking like a dog. Healey's father lives in Laramie, Wyo., and will be notified. Healey is a young man, about 24 years of age, and is said to have been discharged from the asylum at Evanston about a month ago. Postmaster Frank Ball announces that. he will inaugurate the .iree mail delivery system commencing Feb. 1, and announces J. H. Anderson and C. H. Hayes as the first two carriers. This action is in line with peremptory-instruction peremptory-instruction received from the department, depart-ment, which had intended to inaugurate inaugur-ate the free delivery as long since as the 1st of last .November.
