Show EUREKA, UTAH. There is a possibility of Judge Thomas Thom-as C. Burns being a candidate upon the Democratic ticket for county attorney. at-torney. There are quite a number of Eureka people who would like to see that gentleman get the nomination, says the Record. Mr. Burns is one of the oldest attorneys in the county. He is an able lawyer and there is no reason rea-son why he would not fill the office of county attorney with credit. It is hardly hard-ly probable that he will allow his name to be used in connection with the office as he is figuring on devoting his time to mining as soon as his present term of office, that of precinct justice of the peace, expires. 4 According to the Mammoth Record John T.
