Show DELEGATES NAMED. Acting Governor Appoints Miziing Congress Representatives. Secretary of State Hammond, at 'present 'pres-ent acting governor, yesterday appointed thirty delegates to represent l.'tah at the fifth annual convention of the International Inter-national mining congress, which convenes at Butte, Mont., Sept. 1. CoosTiderable matter for the betterment of the mining industry will be discussed, chiefly, however, how-ever, the agitation towards the creation of a new government department to be known as the department of mines.
