The O'Meara-Lynch company has secured se-cured a contract from the Tonopah company to sink Lease No. -44 shaft 500 feet from the present depth of 175 feet. The shaft is to be 4x6 in the clear, with additional manway. A large engine has been ordered and machines ma-chines will be used in the work. An electric power plant for the air compressors com-pressors will be installed, with electric signal bells in the shaft.
