Show RHYOLITE, NEV. i ' . - The first services were held in the new Catholic church on Christmas day, when three masses were celebrated, at S 9 and 10 a. m., respectively, by Father Fa-ther Ryan. The altar was beautifully decorated with carnations and fern by the ladies of the congregation. The dedicatory services will be held by Hisho"p Sc.aiilan later. Mr and" Mrs. J. C. Lynch had a deli" de-li" htful 3 o'clock dinner on Christmas, and the guests were O. O. Kincaid and Oswald Stein. Mr and Mrs. Frank P. Mannix enter-ta'ne'd enter-ta'ne'd at dinner on Christmas the following fol-lowing guesls at their residence on Magnolia avenue: Father Ryan. Mr. and Mrs. F. P. Kerns. Mr. and Mrs. M. J Moore. Judge L. O. Ray, A. B. Gibson Gib-son and Frank Joe Mannix. |
