Show i HELENA, MONT. ' Ed Gleason, who has been seriously il, has experienced a change for the better and his speedy recovery is looked for. The funeral services of Jac.i O'Mara. a former policeman and an old-time resident of Helena, who died Sundav night after a brief illness, was held Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the Cathedral of the Sacred Hearts. The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Father Ahem. Many friends and relatives attended the services, which were held under the auspices of the Helana Bartenders' union. A sister of Mr. O'Marra, from St Paul, and another sister from Butte, arrived in time to at ten dthe funeral. fu-neral. The pallbearers were John Murphy Mur-phy Kelsev MacDougal. William Mc-Gann. Mc-Gann. Erick Johnson. W. E. Peoples and John Gamier. Interment was in th" new Resurrection cemetery. Miss Cruse left the first of last week for a visit in New York City. Mrs. Peter Larson and Mrs. Charles B.' Power and children left on Thursday Thurs-day for a six weeks' visit in New York and other eastern cities. Miss Mabel Gallagher of Butte is visiting vis-iting friends in the city. Miss Gallagher Galla-gher is a guest of the Orandon. Edward T. Murphy is in the city from Butte. |
