In the majority ma-jority of cases the individual simply simp-ly asks for his birth certificate and signs his name, never realizing realiz-ing that there are probably dozen? of persons win the same name or that his certificate might be in another an-other county hundreds of miles away. "Time and effort could be saved if those who wish their birth certificates cer-tificates would give complete information in-formation in their initial letter,'' Mrs. Mae Atwood. Registrar, said today. The following suggestions might be helpful: First, all records between be-tween the years 1907 and 1011 are on file in the various county seats. If your birth occurred prior to 1907 write t he Bureau for a special blank to record a delayed registration registra-tion of birth. 1, Give your name in full. 2 riace of your birth. 3. Date of your birth. 4. Full name of lather. 5. Maiden name of mother. If you were born in Idaho, address ad-dress your letter to: Bureau of Vital Statistrics Department of Public Welfare Division of Public Health Boise, Idaho. If you wish a certified copy, enclose en-close a money order for fifty cents as the bureau does not accept stamps.
