Show RED CROSS DRIVE IN COUNTY NEARS QUOTA MARK The Franklin county chapter o the American Red Cross has almost al-most made its war relief quota of $G0O according to a report made by Mrs. Emma States, chapter chairman. The drive has been made under the direction of Frank Day together with his co-workera in eaj.li ward and less than $10 of the quota remains to be collected. In addition to the cash quota of $G00 Franklin county has made its third shipment of clothing to war torn Europe. This shipment will go direct to England. The shipment consists of ten layettes made by ladies of Preston under the chairmanship chair-manship of Mrs. Mary Johnson and twenty hand made sweaters made by knitters throughout the county under the direction of Mrs. A.
