At the final check up meeting of all departments for the Cache County Fair to be held Septembei 12, 13, 14, President E. E. Hendricks Hen-dricks was delighted with the reports re-ports and interest amongthe workers and exhibitors of th- . county- who will bring in samples of the best they have for the Fair. - Chairman John H. Schenk of the Cattle Dept., Chairman Geo. O. Webb of the Horse Dept., Wm. Worley Chairman of the Poultry Department, Amos Pair and H. P. Anderson Chairman of the Future Farmers Department, Melvin Hill-yard Hill-yard chairman of the Boy's 4-H Club Department, Nephi Nielsen, chairman of the Community Exhibits Ex-hibits Department, Mrs. Wm.- T. James, Chairman of the Home and 1 Community Section, all reported that their departments would be filled to the limit. The Flower and Plant Department Depart-ment headed by Mrs. H. M. Zollinger Zol-linger of Providence has beer adopted by other fairs in the state. The Department for; foods, home furnishings, clothing, fancy work, grandmothers Department, Depart-ment, Baby Department and 4-H Girls Club are very practicable and cash premiums are offered. Any who are interested may receive a premium list by caling the county agents office. The main exhibition building will be more interesting this year because of the variety and the high quality of the exhibits including in-cluding the commercial exhibits. Some interesting displays includ-j ing machinery and tractors have been placed on the south and west sides of the main exhibition building. As usual Logan City will be represented with an attractive exhibit in the north end of the community exhibition building. Exhibits in this building are always al-ways interesting and represent samples of the best products grown and manufactured in the respective re-spective cities and towns of the county. , Chairman Parley Reese of the Rodeo Committee, reports that Harry Rowell of Hayward, California, Cali-fornia, who furnished rodeo stock for some of the largest shows in I the country will be a special guest |
