Show Clarkston Rites for ; jMrs. Thompson CLARKSTON Funeral services I were held in the Clarkston ward t chapel Sunday for Christena Thom-Jpson Thom-Jpson who died Friday following a 14 months illness. Bishop Seymour Thompson presided. pre-sided. James B. Jardine, Merland Clark of Idaho Falls, Bishop John Ravsten, Kenneth Thompson and Wm. Clark of Idaho Falls were the speakers. The Martin Harris Camp of D. U. P. gave resolutions of respect j which were read by Effie Barson. Three musical numbers were sang by the ward choir with. Melba Thompson, and Clair Buttars as soloists; solo, Mrs. Mable Godfrey 'of Smithfield; duet, Mrs. Lizzie Manning and Leon Thompson of ! Garland. Mrs. Eunice Ravsten di-I di-I rected the choir and Leah Ravsten Rav-sten and Bessie Griffin were the accompanists. Prayers were by Frank M. Rav-j sten and Thomas Griffin. The grave in the Clarkston cemetery was dedicated by Pres.! John J. Shumway of Garand, Roy, ! Ivan, DeVerl and Wesley Thomp-! son, Wm. Smith and Fent Clark, grandsons of Mrs. Thompson were! the pall bearers. I The beautiful flowers were pro-! 'fuse and beautiful.
