On farms where the acre yield is less than eight tons per acre the f air and reasonable rate is set at $1.15 per ton- for topping and loading; for "yields' of-eight tons, $1.12; 9 tons, $1.09; 10 tons, $1.06; 11 tons $1.03; 12 tons, $1.00; 13 tons, 97 cents; 14 tons, 95 cents; 15 tons, 93 cents; 16 tons, 92 cents; VI tons, 91 cents and 18 tons and I more, 90 cents.
