Show Gunnison Defeats Moroni. The Bulldogs were back in their old form in the Monday night game, taking Moroni in a hard-fought battle to the tune of 39-36. The local quint was in the lead all through the game, but was threatened in the closing minutes of the contest. The score was 28-19 at the half, but the Moroni boys got stared in the second half and nearly overcome this lead. Personal Per-sonal fouls were plentiful, Gunnison and Moroni each losing a player through these. A total of 29 fouls were called by Referee Beal, but the fans questioned a number of these.
