Jensen, whose post office address j is Ephraim, Utah, has made appli- j cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate .0044 c.f.s.. of water from a Sprin-r in Sanpete County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears E. 1480 ft. and N. 1419 ft. from the W'4 cor. of Sec. 2, T. 17 S., R. 1 W., S.L.M., and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 1000 ft. where it will be used' du.ing the entire en-tire year for watering 1500 head of sheep and 5 head of horses. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File ! No. 10112. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rca-! sons therefor, must be made by affi- j davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office ; within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
