Show Death Takes Prominent Legion Committeeman Tha American Legion lost an outstanding out-standing figure In the death of J. Leo Collins, an attorney of Pittsburgh, Pa., who died February 11 of meningitis. He was national executive committeeman committee-man of the Legion of Pennsylvania at the time of his death, and attended the recent meeting of the committee at national headquarters in Indianapolis, Indianap-olis, Ind. He was of forceful personality person-ality and took a leading, constructive part In many questions of national Importance Im-portance to the organization. Collins was Pennsylvania state commander of the Legion In 1923 and 1924 at th time he was elected national executive committeeman. He also was a member mem-ber of the national legislative committee com-mittee in 1926 and a member of the committee on national convention work for the same year. |
