Barney Miller of Salt Lake was the house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Baixlsley for a few days this week. Mennels Draper and 'family of Freedom spent several days here visiting vis-iting with the Follett.e families. Ephraim for some time past, returned return-ed to Centerfield to spend the 24th . Mr. and Mrs. Milton Olsen motored mo-tored to Salt Lake Friday of last week on a combined business and pleasure trip. Mrs. Wesley Sorenson of Salt Lake City is here for a week's visit with friends and relatives. W. Harvey Ross, president of the Gunnison Sugar company, has returned re-turned to his home at Salt Lake, after af-ter spending a few days here inspecting in-specting the factory workings. Mrs. Draper will be remembered as Miss Nina Follette. Mrs. Ben E. Rucies of Spanish Fork is visiting here and is the guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. R. Buchanan. Merrill Woolsey of Salt Lake came in from the north on the 24th and visited for a few days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Soren Andersen. On . his return trip he was accompanied accompa-nied by his wife and children, guests at the Andersen home for the past few weeks. Miss Lucile Embley is visiting, with friends at Spring City for a few days . Frank Clegg, F. M. Bowen and Chas. E. Embley, accompanied by their families, spent Saturday and Sunday enjoying the beauties of Twelve Mile canyon . Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Spencer were among those from Centerfield availing avail-ing themselves of the low railroad rates to Salt Lake Friday. They spent Saturday and Sunday at the capital city. Mrs. C. H. Embley spent the week-end at Salt Lake with Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Funk. Linden Anderson is spending a few days at Qgden and Salt Lake. Mrs. Deliie Anderson and daughter, daugh-ter, Miss Elna Anderson, and Carl Poulson, who have been - absent , at |
