Show Chapters Asked To Aid In Fourth Call Every Red Cross chapter in the stale of Utah has been asked by Miss Gertrude Orr, manager of the Red Cross Roll Call, scheduled to take place between November 11 and 25, lo appoint a Roll Call Chairman and to careful plans for an energetic Roll Call. "Tne purpose of the Fourth Roll Call is not primarily for funds," announced an-nounced Miss Orr recently, "it is to secure a large membership composed of people with an intelligent interest inter-est in the work of the Red Cross, without which no organization, regardless re-gardless of its aims, can progress. We want as wide-spread a membership member-ship as it is possible for us to enroll en-roll so that in each community tho greater percent of the citizens will bo Red Cross members and therefore there-fore interested and sympathetic concerning con-cerning the activities of the Red Cross of Peace." The full list of supplies for use during the forthcoming Roll Cull are being shipped to all chapters In the four states from Division office. These supplies cover only the minimum minim-um number of members the chapters are planning to enroll. In many instances, in-stances, chapters have requested additional ad-ditional supplies for a larger membership. mem-bership. Such orders are immediately immediate-ly filled by the Roll Call manager, as there is no limit on the number of members secured. Chapters are especially urged to place before the people the story of the past and the future of the Red ' Cross and particularly the way in which the funds, secured through tho Roll Call are to bo used in the local community.
