Show Dan Cupid Busy At Centerfield Centerfield, August 4. The Hg storm of Sunday night did some damage dam-age to the heavy grain and corn. But generally speaking more good resulted than damage. Dan Cupid was a busy man in Centerfield Cen-terfield last week and as a result three weddings were reported by his activities. On July 26 Farrell Anderson Ander-son of Mayfield, and Miss Minnie Nielson, were unjted in the holy bonds of matrimony. They will make their home at West View. On July 2 7, Alonzo Childs and Miss Ruby 01-sen 01-sen were married. On the following day, July 28, Elliott Childs and Miss Lulu Jensen were married. All concerned con-cerned in the matrimonial "boom" have hosts of warm friends here who will join in wishing them neaco and prosperity. Mr. and Mrs. Denzil Jensen of Salt Lake are visiting here and are the guests at the home of Mr. Jensen's mother, Mrs. Soren Jensen. Miss Harriett Farnsworth, a former for-mer school teacher here, is renewing acquaintances in Centerfield and is the house guest of Mrs. Soren Jensen. Jen-sen. Miss Farnsworth has been attending at-tending summer school at Salt Lake and was on her way to Beaver, where she has been engaged to teach during dur-ing the coming fall and winter session. ses-sion. Guy Beeson, accompanied by Mrs. Sophia Larsen, has returned to Los Angeles, Cal. They were here to attend at-tend the wedding of the sons of Mrs. Larsen. |
