Notice for Publication. Department of the Interior, U. S. Land office, at Salt Lake City, Utah, December 14, 1921. Notice is hereby given that Hildur M. Tanner, of No. 48 Cleveland Ave., Salt Lake City, Utah, who, on February 9, - 1012, made Desert Land Entry, No. 09361, for EJ W, SWJ SWJ, WJ SEJ, SW NE&, Section 22, Township 17 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Me-ridian, has filed notice of intention to make final proof, under the act of March 4, 1915, to establish claim to the land above described, before the Regis ter and Receiver, U. S, Land Office, at Salt Lake City, Utah, on the26th day January, 1922. Claimant names as witnesses: J. S. Bartholomew, of Ephraim, Utah; H. S.
