In terest at the rate of seven per cent per annum on the whole amount o' the said tax shall be computed fron the date the ordinance levying sail tax became effective, to-wit, Decern ber 5th, 1921, and interest at sail rate on the whole amount of sair tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment. If any in stallment or the interest aforesak is not paid on the date when sam' becomes due, then the whole amoun of the tax unpaid at the time saic installment and interest are due will become due and payable ant will draw interest at the rate o' twelve per cent per annum until paid .One or more of the installments ii the order in which they are payaldf as aforesaid, or the whole tax, ma be paid without interest at any tinu within fifteen days after the ordinance ordi-nance levying the tax becomes effective; ef-fective; and one or more of said installments in-stallments in the order in which they are payable, or the whole tax unpaid, un-paid, may be paid on the day an installment is due by paying the amount thereof and interest to said day. If said tax is not paid when due, I shall proceed at -once to collect col-lect the same with interest and cost!-as cost!-as provided by law and ordinance All special taxes are payable at my office in Cunnison City, Utah.
