A group of American veterans vet-erans in Shanghai, China, are now converting their "Service club" into a post of the legion that will have jurisdiction over the entire republic, while in Tokyo, across the Yellow sea, a post is to be organized among Americans Amer-icans living in the llowery kingdom.
